It wasn’t the victory itself but the manner in which it was secured that offers the most promise for OFSAA.

While modestly evasive when asked if he took it easy during Thursday’s Golden Horseshoe Athletic Conference (GHAC) cross country championships, there’s no denying that Ben Preisner took a largely conservative approach to Kelso Conservation Area’s seven-kilometre course.
